peach farm, soft shell crabs

had the spicy salt & pepper fried softies today. they were delicious, but does anybody in chinatown do them with less batter?

i prefer shrimp with that preparation and would love to find some great fresh, simply sauteed soft shells

  1. A CH friend mentioned the same thing to me this weekend..too much batterat Peach Farm.

    I had some today at PFS that were sauteed with ginger/scallion. Good but I I prefer the salt/peppper fried.

    East Ocean City has fresh ssc and I'll give them a try soon.
