I just emailed Vivo to confirm and they said yes, it is true, and the location should be ready by October (with patio dining!)

I asked someone at Vivo who said it was opening in Lakeway off of 620, but no until January-ish.

It's in the same shopping center as RC Fowler's right across from North & South China and construction has really picked up the last few weeks.

I read previously that they were taking over the Fajita Warehouse spot... if not, that's good. The FW location did no traffic, even though their Sunday brunch really was OK and I think the best available in Cedar Park.

Nope. It's a free standing building right at the edge of 620 (seems kind of small). Basically where the shortstop drive thru was for a while.
            Fajita warehouse is currently vacant.

According to a local paper, it is going in the Fajita Warehouse location. That freestanding building is something else, I think the sign is just there because it's at the front of the strip mall, and more easily visible. From what I read on the web, I'm not that excited about it, but I may give them a chance.

Angthefoodie is correct they are going into the old Fajita Warehouse location. The building at the front is going to be Roasters Coffee.

Considering that's it going to be just down the road from me, I'm all for giving them a few chances. I do like their puffy tacos and salsa. The current Tex-Mex options in that area are kinda mediocre.

This is a review for the location on 620. We waited for two hours for a table. (They said it would be 30 minutes) We ended up leaving. We talked to the manager on the way out, but they were unconcerned. We won't be back.

                  oh man, that's pretty sucky.
i guess they cannot keep up with the demand for better than sex tex mex in the land of the bland!
