Anyone find any locally made preserves, condiments, bakeries/baked foods, candies, etc on SE Alaska (Juneau, Ketchikan, Sitka, Skagway, Haines, etc.) and also Anchorage? Local ice crean anywhere? Favorite cafe? Excllent smoked/canned fish OK. Any Salmon Bakes that are better than the cliche version? Thanks.

Sitka - Theobroma chocolates, fav cafe=bayview
Juneau - Pie in the Sky for pies and drinking chocolate, Taku Smokeries or Jerry's Meats for smoked fish, Alaskan Brewery for award winning beers, Juneau Gelato, fav cafe=Douglas Cafe
