best fried alligator in nola?

anyone have any recommendations? whether it's a gator po boy or fried gator bites with a good dipping sauce.

    thanks everyone. looks like cochon might be where the gator fan ends up.

      Harbor Seafood in Kenner (on Williams near Airport) has consistently had what I believe to be the best fried alligator in the city.

        third the cochon app- the aioli is perfect and the bites are tender and crispy

          Jacques Imo's has some gator on the menu in the form of a savory alligator cheesecake. Jack's other restaurant on Jeff Hwy,, Crabby Jack's has some great lunch plates and po boys. His duck po boy is awesome. Can't remember if there is a gator po boy.

            i can vouch for the cochon gator app. the night i had it, it was fantastic!
