Gianna's got fined

I have never been, but just read on Lohud.com that Gianna's in Yonkers is the first local restaurant to be fined for cooking with trans fats. $250.

Regardless of the fine, is this place any good?

I liked their pizza. And couldn't care less about the trans fats.

How ridiculous to have fined them. Why am I not surprised.

I wonder if I can ask for mine with trans fats next time?

Well it's not ridiculous when the law states it and restaurants got to negotiate about a year to make the transition........ i'm just sayin' ;-)
