We went with friends a week ago and had an incredible meal , once again. Menu was: Mushroom Quiche, Molasses Glazed Sweetbreads, Quail wrapped in Ozark bacon w/fuji apples and currants-walnuts, Soup w/seared Dayboat Scallop, Papperdella Pasta w/Civet of Rabbit, Mini Osso Bucco, Mini Wild Mushroom Pot Pies in mini copper pots covered with puff, Butter roasted Monk fish with Veg Root Hash, Wild Boar w/ autumn veggies, Cookies and Pots of Cream. Corkage policy is very fair ,something like buy one off list(which there are lot's of good choices at a reasonable price) and no cork on one of yours(hopefully a Special bottle), what a deal! The only bummer was writing all this down, what a work out, but I knew someone would say "what did you eat?"

Food was around 50-100 ea depending on how much was ordered, some of the ladies consumed less than the Power eating Guys. Good size portions so spliting is possible on some dishes. I noticed JOSIE'S has a "take out" menu for 8 that is 280- in the food sec LA times last Wed. What a deal at 35 ea even thought you have to heat it in the oven yourself!

Yeah, I perused Josie's web site before Thanksgiving, she was offering take away of all kinds of interesting side dishes. Now I gotta figure out how to Teleport from Santa Monica out to The Dining Wilderness...

NO, just run in place about two hours before the morning 4 hour work out. It only takes about 3 1/2 hours to consume the entire menu, so estimate the same in exercise, but worth it. Actually most of Josie's food is somewhat health(alot of fresh veggies) conscious, besides yummy.
