It is a PBS Pledge Drive staple, so it pops up quite often. It's produced by Rick Sebak for the Pittsburgh PBS station. He's done several others as well. Hot Dogs, Sandwiches, Ice Cream, Diners and Farmers Markets. I think they are all pretty well done. His Wiki page has a list of the titles.
