Restaurant Caroussel in Hotel Bulow Residenz---one of the best meals ever!

There's a big brewery-restaurant on a hill above the city. Avoid the place, though the beer was pretty good. We waited more than an hour and never got served any of our food.

I have stayed at the Schloss Hotel Dresden - Pillnitz and loved it. The rooms were great and the food was also. Give it a try when you are in Dresden.
