Hello!
I enjoy eating Taco Bell when in the states (once a year is usually enough Taco B for me). I live in Canada, province of Quebec. Is it true that there used to be Taco Bells in Quebec, but were closed because their beef was not 'high standard' enough? I'd like to know why there are no more...
Thank you!

It's actually the opposite way, they started opening some about a year ago, there is 3-4 of them right now in the Montreal region and i guess they'll be opening some more (or converting i should say, since they are all KFC/Taco Bell)

As for the meet standard, this is urban legends
