I suggest a stop in Fort Collins for a visit to both Odell Brewing and New Belgium for beer tasting. If you want to go a little out of your way, head to Lyons for a meal at Oskar Blues and their dynamite beer (Dale's Pale Ale, Gordon's, etc.) Stop in Sheridan, WY and have dinner at Oliver's.
