Outside Dining with a Child?

We would love to find a nice girly lunch spot that would also be ok for a 3 year old. Would love something with gardens, but does not have to be. Any suggestions? Location doesn't really matter.

New Leaf Cafe in Fort Tryon Park. Food is a little pricey for what it is, but the food is pretty good and service excellent. The super tart lemonade, just barely sweet, was perfection. And the park, gardens and views just outside the cafe can't be beat. And the concentration of moms, kiddos and strollers in the park is striking!

go to the B bar on bowery @ 4th street.
the food isn't fabulous but children and dogs are welcome.
the fish and chips is probably the best thing on the menu.

Barking Dog has a nice outdoors area and is kid friendly. The food wont blow you away but you will enjoy yourself.
