This place just opened up this month, so I had to check it out.

The owners are from Rowland Heights, and have opened up places there and at Artesia.

I was there for dinner.

Got the lobster 4 lbs, at their special price of $10/lb - 10/10
It was fresh, and amazingly flavorful - the manager got us a pregnant female lobster so that he could season and cook the roe.

The Fish 2 flavor - 6/10
They take the fish and make soup out of parts of it, and then filet the rest with a flavorful sauce with tofu. I only wish the fish was a little fresher, but the soup had a very good traditional chinese taste.

Diced French Beef steak - 8/10
Very flavorful,and peppery.

BBQ Pork Chow Mien HK style - 5/10
I don't know why I always order this at every restaurant. It was a little to mushy - and not crispy enough for my kids.

I am just glad that there is a real Rowland Heights/Irvine level chinese restaurant near me. I also read that they have dim sum on carts at lunch from yelpers.

We went last week too.

Shark Fin Soup - $50 for a bowl for 4-5 - 7/10
It was pretty good, but I feel like it just lacked something. It was a bit bland.

Lobster - 8/10
Pretty good, the roe was a little over cooked. They sprinkle dried pork rousong on it, which made for an interesting twist. Newport Seafood is hands down the best in this department.

French Beef Luc Lac - 7/10
Also pretty good. Newport Seafood has the best beef luc lac as well.

Steamed Fish - 6/10
Our fish apparently wasn't very fresh. The sauce was also not flavorful enough.

Vegetable - Big Pea Sprout - 8/10
Fresh big pea sprouts were pretty good.

It's a good option for Orange, but if you drove a little further to Santa Ana, you could have Newport Seafood.
