Looking for a good Usda Prime Butcher in Middle Village

Help looking for a Butcher shop in Middle Villge Queens that carries Prime Meat like Lobel's, Oppenhimer's or Fairway in NYC. Tried all the one's on Metro Ave they were a big dissappointment.
Plus one owner told me that the people in Middle Village wouldn't buy prime. Too much $$$. Can anyone steer me to a good Prime shop.
I know about Ottomenlli's

have you tried rudies on Dry Harbor road? I not sure if he carries PRIME but all the time I have used him I have not had a problem meat always tender nice cuts and he trims it they way you want it. I order the marinated london broil for my bbques and let them sit in the frige for a couple of days and they come off he grill moist tender yummy. I hope this helps their is also another butcher / Itlain shop on Metropolitan ave by 78/ 77th street in that area also.

Thanks I have heard mixed reviews about Rudies. I tried all the one on Metropolitan ave . So / So. i know Prime cost a few pennies more . i brought awesome steaks from Fairways 2 " thick dry aged porter house. They were on sale for 9 .99 a pound .

I was just browsing & came along your blog. My family & I have been going to Rudy's for years and we never had a problem. By far we think his quality of meat that he carries is very good. You might pay alittle more but you get what you pay for! He makes the most delicious pin wheels and when you ask him to season a piece a meat that you have purchased just the smell of the seasoning makes your mouth water! I was just curious to what mixed reviews you have heard?

There's Aaron's Gourmet, on Woodhaven. The only problem is that its kosher, so no porterhouse. They do carry ribeye, both prime (as far as I know) and grass fed. They also carry buffalo.

That's the word around the hood. Peopel aren't to happy with his product. I will have to you to either NYC or Ottmanilli's on Woodside Ave.
