Is someone willing to divulge their best Horseshoe Sandwich recipe?

I'm looking in particular for the most authentic(?) secret cheese sauce, or whatever is supposed to go on top.

Thanks.

The secret is in the sauce and this one came from Wayne's Red Coach (now defunct) in Spfld. Enjoy.

2 slices of toast (1 slice of toast is a ponyshoe) topped with a slice of grilled ham (or a grilled hamburger patty if desired). Cover in Cheese sauce and topped with french fries. T

Cheese Sauce
3 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese (some people prefer white sharp cheddar)
1/2 cup Beer
2 egg yokes
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper to taste
