Saveur Index?

Is there an online index for Saveur? Their website doesn't appear to have one (I may have missed). I frequently want to revisit past articles and I get frustrated pulling out box after box and scanning the spines.

I am specifically on the hunt for an article on Rubio's and the origins of Fish Tacos and I believe it was written by Carolynn Carreno (tilde not possible). I made some last night and they were lame. I need to be reinspired as I was when I first read that article.

Any help appreciated!!

No online index (although it seems like they're in the process of developing one - finally!) - I used to photocopy the page with the recipe index and put it in a binder, but I got too lazy to keep it up... anyway, I googled "Rubio's Saveur Fish Tacos", which led me back to an old Chowhound post with the approximate date - the article is in the July/August 2001 issue, page 30.
