Does any know of a Michelin star (or better) restaurant north of Boston?

The Inn at Thorn Hill in Jackson NH got a 100 rating for food on Conde Nast Traveler's Gold List this year.

I'd think that Fore Street or Hugo's in Portland Maine would qualify, if they gave them out.

For a superior wine cellar, Stonehedge Inn in Tyngsborough is excellent. They have a wine dinner coming up 6/23.

Michelin only has guides for NYC, San Francisco, LA and Las Vegas in the US.

You might check out Relais & Chateaux properties, which usually have fine dining experiences: http://www.relaischateaux.com/en/dest...

Didn't think Michelin Star has started in Boston area but restaurants with high awards certainly. White Barn Inn in Kennebunkport, Me. and Arrows in Agunquit Me. might be close. I haven't been to Arrows yet but love White Barn Inn.

Portland Me has some fine restaurants that get awards, many here talk about them but I don't get up there.
