Michelin star restaurants north of Boston?

Does any know of a Michelin star (or better) restaurant north of Boston?

  1. Didn't think Michelin Star has started in Boston area but restaurants with high awards certainly. White Barn Inn in Kennebunkport, Me. and Arrows in Agunquit Me. might be close. I haven't been to Arrows yet but love White Barn Inn.

Portland Me has some fine restaurants that get awards, many here talk about them but I don't get up there.

    1. Michelin only has guides for NYC, San Francisco, LA and Las Vegas in the US.

You might check out Relais & Chateaux properties, which usually have fine dining experiences:

      1. For a superior wine cellar, Stonehedge Inn in Tyngsborough is excellent. They have a wine dinner coming up 6/23.

        1. I'd think that Fore Street or Hugo's in Portland Maine would qualify, if they gave them out.

          1. The Inn at Thorn Hill in Jackson NH got a 100 rating for food on Conde Nast Traveler's Gold List this year.
