New Restaurants in Atlantic Highlands

My husband mentioned that the building at the end of 1st ave (?) in Atlantic Highlands, which has been a few restaurants has been bought by the owners of 2 existing restaurants who will open 2 new places in that building. I know that's vague, which is why I'm hoping for any info you have. My husband got my hopes up and then didn't have the info to back it up!

mfp - Are you talking about the space that previously housed Indigo Moon? Last I noticed, it was still available.

The restaurant is at the foot of First Avenue, in the Harbor Parking lot. It was most recently Zio's, albeit briefly. Prior to that it was the Ocean Club, I think.
The Harbor Commission put the space out to bid and the bids were won by two restaurants. The upstairs space, which has an outdoor component, was won by Off The Hook, and is to be named (creatively enough) Off The Hook 2. The downstairs space is going to be run by Sissy's, it will be their third breakfast place. One is in Rumson, the other is in Middletown, I think.
Both are set to open inside of a couple of weeks.

It's not "Off the Hook 2" Its slated to be "On the Deck" if the sign they have hanging outside is to be believed. And Sissy's Place has the tables set and ready to go... Upstairs the saws were still buzzing when I got off the ferry at 6PM....

Has anyone been to either of these yet? I imagine they are open, but I haven't heard anything. I'm taking the boat to a baseball game and I don't know whether to incorporate this into our plans or not. Thanks
