4 Nights in Rome

Please help us decide where to eat. We have perused these boards and are quite confused! We would like authentic food that is served by unpretentious servers. Staying just north of the Spanish Steps but willing to travel. Thanks for any suggestions. Mid range in the budget area is preferred.

Sabatini, Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere. No question. (Based on last visit two years ago). Not near Spanish Steps but the 30 min walk takes you through some of Rome's most gorgeous bits.
