When I was in Paris and visited Pierre Herme, I purchased some phenomenal jam. The prices were outlandish, but I couldn't resist the flavors - - one of the jars was rose, lychee, and passion fruit. I can't even remember the other combinations, but they were all fabulous. Sadly, all those jams are long gone from my fridge. I am so jones-ing for that jam. Does anyone know how I can get some in the U.S.? What is the name of the maker? Maybe there is a mail order option?

This must have been Christine Ferber jam if you got it from Pierre Herme. Here's some contact info via Clotilde of C&Z.

Christian Constant, 37 Rue d'Assas, makes excellent confiture. Not so much the exotic flavors you see from Ferber, but all made on site at the shop.

The flavor of that particular jam is ISPAHAN, named after his most famous creation. It's made by Christine Ferber.
