Blue Star vs. FiveStar and Blue Star Raised Griddle and Broiler
I have read a lot of good things about the Blue Star Cook tops (don't need ovens) I am looking at the 48" with 6 burners and the raided griddle/salamander broiler. Anyone have or use this unit. I was originally going to do a griddle and grill with 4 burners (Blue Star, Five Star or Wolf. I cannot find much on the Five Star tops any users out there, Thanks.
