Where can I buy PATTY PAN squash in toronto??

I cant seem to find these delicious little things anywhere.... any suggestions?

Your problem is that these are WAY out of season. Like most squash, these are autum ripening. Even if you could find them tomorrow, they would hve been transported from tens of thousands of miles away & would be a sad representation of what local, in-season patty pans should taste like.

Once they're in season, the north side of St. Lawrence Market and Whole Foods tend to carry them.

I was buying them regularly at three locations in my area:

- Withrow Park market (first day is tommorrow)
- Sun Valley
- Fruit King (Danforth and Logan)

I have not seen any for sale yet this year.

Harvest Wagon on Yonge Street usually sells them year round.
