Hi there. Does anyone know where I can locate Lemongrass near where the 101 and 405 meet? I haven't been able to find it at Whole Foods. Thanks in advance!

I buy it at the Bangluck Market on Sherman Way near Coldwater Cyn. Good store near some truely wonderful Thai restaurants!

Agree with this. 99 Ranch (which is on the NE corner of Sepulveda and Victory) is closer but Bangluck is a trip to Thailand without leaving the East Valley.

In general, foodieqt, anything you can buy at Whole Foods you can buy anywhere else for cheaper... and in the case of lemongrass, I wouldn't be surprised if the price at 99 Ranch *OR* Bangluck was a fifth or less of the price at Whole Paycheque.

There is a big Asian market Sepulveda and Victory-ish... 99 Ranch Market. Also, I might try farm boy or whatever it is called by Trader Joe's on Riverside and Hazeltine.
