Thai at Silver Spring
Got delivery from this restaurant, and it was the best delivered food I've ever had. We got green papaya salad, seafood pad thai, and string bean in chili paste w/tofu. All were excellent. Fast (20 minutes) delivery.
I believe the owners also have Paya Thai in Tyson's Corner, one of the better VA Thai restaurants.

I think they're better in the actual restaurant ... but I agree, they're great for delivery (they're also about the only delivery I can get). It took them about an hour to get to my place, but I expected it would take about that long (people get lost going to my place ... shrug).
