Resto or Thymus or other? Will be at La Cabrera tonight so no more big meat places tomorrow....
Food more important than pomp and atmosphere. Good wine important.

Agree with the last post - you'd do well at either place. Also, if you can find it, consider Aramburu - it's phenomenal as well.

At either you would have a delicious meal. My choice would be Restó (if you can get a reservation--it's really small) because it is the more unique of the two. Enjoy
