Resto or Thymus or other? Will be at La Cabrera tonight so no more big meat places tomorrow....
Food more important than pomp and atmosphere. Good wine important.

Resto, unless you like dishes that are more contrived just for the sake of doing that.
Thymus is a nicer space for sure, though.

See, whereas that's what I'd say about Resto - experimentation for experimentation's sake, and way too often with inedible results. Little to pick from in the way of wine, and what there is is completely overpriced.

Thymus. Far better. More choices. Nicer ambiance. Better service. Good wine list.
