First time at Rincon De Buenos Aires (Las Vegas)
My parents (who live in Las Vegas) are taking us out for dinner to Rincon De Buenos Aires. While my parents love meat, my husband and I prefer lighter fare like salads, fish, or chicken.
Has anyone eaten at Rincon De Buenos Aires and can give us a clue as to what's on the menu for us?
Thanks!

Been there many times and twice in the past two months, way overdue on my trip report. But it's a very meat heavy menu. There's some pasta with seafood and chicken. Salads are more sides. There is a balsamic chicken entree but no one from my group has ever ordered it. If it's anything like the rest of their dishes, it's a very simple preparation of grilled with the glazing.
This last trip a couple of the women were not into red meat and they were happy with a few appetizers like the empanadas, a yellow rice side dish and the complimentary bread with the chimichurri sauce. That could be an option for the two of you to put together some small plates and split a salad. The salad that comes with the entrees are basic but very big.
If your parents love meat, they'll definitely like this place. We always get the mixed grills. Good luck!
