Any restaurants near the Grand Hyatt?

Hello!

I will be going to DC in a couple of weeks and was wondering if anybody could recommend a sitdown place for breakfast near the Grand Hyatt. Is the hotel within walking distance to everything? Haven't been there and was wondering if anybody can help.

Thanks!

Les Halles might be one good option for you. If you walk out the hotel and kind of about face to walk down 10th, you'll cross over G, F, E, and eventually hit Pennsylvania. Turn Right on Penn and Les Halls will be on your right down a block or two.
Another option is Old Ebbitt Grill. It's on 15th at G. So you'd go down 10th to G, make a right on G. Turn left onto 15th and Old Ebbitt will be right in front of you.
Both are easy walks and should be enjoyable. I've actually had breakfast in the Grand Hyatt too when my parents were in town visiting. Granted it was on a weekend so might've been a larger variety of options, but I remember it being decent, as far as hotel restaurant breakfasts go.

    2. too bad Reese's is no more, but the cafe in the G. Hyatt isn't half bad for lox. but much better lunch options nearby.
