Help me recreate Colman's Creamy Chicken curry
I know I know. It's a packet of "sauce mix". Friends sent some from the UK and I got addicted to the taste and texture of the sauce made with this mix.
The ingredients are: Sugar, Modified Maize Starch, Spices and Herbs (coriander, Cumin, Garlic, Turmeric, Ginger, Parsley, Cardamon, Fernel, Chilli, Allspice, Bay, Black Pepper, Cassia, Nutmeg, Clove, Paprika), Dried Onion, Coconut Milk Powder (coconut, Maltodextrin, Milk Proteins), Mustard Flour, Salt, Tomato Powder, Desiccated Coconut, Skimmed Milk Powder, Yoghurt Powder, Cream Powder (2%), Whey Powder (from Milk), Citric Acid, Spice Extract, Wheat Flour.

Instructions just mix with some chicken broth and coconut milk or regular milk and simmer with chicken. For some reason this is better than any curry I have made from scratch in terms of texture and flavor.I'm guessing it thickens up nicely because of the milk, whey, cream and mustard powder as well as the flour.
Any ideas are welcome.
