Best burgers in Central Jersey

The subject says it all. Who has the best burgers in the Trenton and surrounding areas?

A few of my favorites:

Rossi's - Trenton
The Swan Hotel - Lambertville
The Hob - Bordentown
Oliver - A Bistro - Bordentown
Braddock's Tavern - Medford

Depends what you mean by "surrounding areas". :-))

The Canyon Creek Grill, which I believe has a Frenchtown address, has terrific burgers. It's a small joint located on Route 12W between Flemington and Frenchtown. I guarantee you'll drive right by the first time you go.

BTW, I believe Braddock's Tavern has closed but will reopen (maybe already has reopened?) under new owners.
