I'm surprised to see there is not Orange County board here. Anyway, can anyone reccomend any tea rooms or houses in the Orange County area?

Thank you!

In Old Towne Orange, just south of the roundabout on Glassell, is Paris in a Cup. It's fairly new, and looks wonderful. In Old Town Seal Beach, on Electric just west of Main, is Fairy Tea Cottage. It has recently changed hands, but the previous owners have all done a good job. There is also a cottage in Tustin, the name of which escapes me, but it has a good reputation. I can also vouch for the OP's suggestion of Vintage Tea Leaf in Long Beach. Try www.teamap.com/ for a listing of tea places by location.

I'll add on Los Rios in SJC. http://www.theteahouseonlosrios.com/ (My wife likes the place, I have not been there).

If you're not on a budget, Ritz Carlton can't be beat.

Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel is great. It *IS* pricey. But that's not the bad part. The bad part is they only do their service on Thursdays afternoons.

Otherwise, it is pretty darned good. Here's a review, if you're still interested:

Cafe Veronese in North OC (Fullerton/La Habra) is a fabulous place.
