new French restaurant at 6th and South, Philadelphia?

Does anyone know of such a place and what it's called? A friend rec. to me, says they serve a lot of seafood, and it's very good. What could it be? She can't remember the name, described what sounds like a raw bar..

Thanks.

We've been to Coquette twice. Loved the oysters, French onion soup, steak-frites. The steak that was the special was not good - tough. The steak that was part of the steak-frites was just fine. And the fries are delicious; they come in a paper cone and we finished every one.

I can't think of anything fitting that description on South St., but there's the new-ish Coquette at 5th and Bainbridge, which has a raw bar. I haven't had their seafood, but the cheese plate was very good. My fiance really enjoyed his skate wing, however, I'm sorry to say my Coquette Bar Steak was a bit overcooked.

That is likely Coquette. It is actually on the SW corner of 5th and Bainbridge (where there use to be a Thai place)
