Yes: the best example is a food cart on the corner of SW 10th and Alder called Asian Station.

There's also Mandarin Kitchen on the corner of SW 2nd and Burnside above the Saturday Market.

I tend to prefer Din Tai Fung and J&J, both in Los Angeles, but beggars can't be choosers.
