Hi Folks, new to CHOWHOUND and see this has been a topic before but not as of late. Was wondering what are your favorite BYOB places in the NYC. I am looking for all quality here not dumpy takeout restaurants. Two of my personal favorites are:
575 Henry St
(between Carroll St & Summit St)
Brooklyn, NY 11231
CORKAGE = $4 A BOTTLE
135 N. 5th St
Brooklyn, NY 11211
nr. Bedford Ave.
CORKAGE = FREE
Look forward to all your recommendations…
Noodle shop that just took over the old Zozo's space on LES is byob. Not fancy but the food is really yummy.
Cube 53 used to byob. As far as i know it still is but i could be wrong. Good sushi

Tartine in the West Village has no corkage fee and delicious food with a real French bistro feel.
