Louisiana pan-barbecued shrimp??

Hey, I'm having people to dinner tonight, and I wanted to serve Paul Prudhomme's pan-barbecued shrimp -- it's fun and messy! What better way to bring people together? But sadly I've discovered that my recipe was lost when my computer was stolen a few months ago. Does anyone have it to share? Thanks!

Thanks! My dad just called me back a few minutes ago with the very same thing. What a relief!

If you have no "magic," use salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne, thyme and oregano.

      1. I see that you are making it for a group too-- do you have any tips for a larger batch? I'd like to make it for 6 people as an entree!

Don't try to make it for 6 all at once. Make 2 batches, under cook the first one a bit and place in a pre-heated warm oven (150-175F) while cooking the second batch. Combine and serve.
