pumpkin seed oil--SEA?

Anyone know where I'd buy such a thing in Seattle?

  1. Oil & Vinegar in Bellevue Square has it.

What are you planning on doing with it?
Use it in a salad? Something crazy?

I had this incredible Rabe over at Art of The Table the other night, and it had p'seed il on it. Chef Dustin was nice enough to pass on the recipe, or the ingredients at least, so I can try to make it at home. I also need to find green garlic, but I bet that's easily had @ the Farmer's Market.

    2. I have very little actual information, I'm afraid. But there is an odd stall on the sidewalk near Mee Sum that features tastings of lovely oils (and maybe vinegars). At the least, they'll know.

      1. Big John's PFI had it; not sure if they still do.

        1. I've seen it at Metropolitan Market.
