I heard that the UWS branch of Magnolia Bakery is kosher. Anyone know who gives the hechsher?

Believe it's not a very accepted supervision...but I'll try to get the specifics and post it

FWIW, Buttercup (a Magnolia spinoff that moved into the Krispy Kreme space on 72nd street) is under OKS (Harry Cohen).

It's either the OKS (Rabbi Cohen) or UKS (the Viva people, I think). I forgot which one.

So I walked right by it, saw the teudah, and now I've forgotten! I think it's Rabbi Cohen though. I'll confirm nex Motzai Shab!

Only the one on Columbus Avenue is Kosher. I just called and confirmed with them as to which certification they are under, the answer is the UKS.
I'm so happy that now I have another bakery to go to! I love bakeries like buttercup and crumbs, wish more were kosher.
