Mexican Markets in SF-Carne Asada

Anyone know if any of the mexican markets in the city sell marinated raw Carne Asada?

Here's an old report, but I have bought it at the Little Pork Store in the Mission. Not sure they are still there. Would appreciate hearing what you find!

I don't know that I have seen pre-seasoned carne asada before other than at Trader Joe's. The carne asada cut is known as "arrachera" in Spanish, so maybe you can go to some of the meat markets in the Mission and ask. La Palma doesn't carry raw meat from what I can recall, but I might be wrong.

Some Mexican meat counters do sell pre-marinated thin-sliced cuts of beef to be used for carne asada. I bought some at Mi Pueblo Food Center in Oakland and it was delicious.

I have never bought meat there, but I know they have Carne Asada. I don't know if they have it marinated, but it's probably worth a call.
