Outdoor Cookers in Norwalk does great clambakes! We've had them 2x do them, and we always get raves about all the food. People are nice too. (We've used them for non-clambakes too, so we really like them.)

      Have fun!

Hear, hear for Outdoor Cookers! They catered Mr. Wookie's and my wedding on the beach (although not a clambake), and I've been to several other events they catered. I'd hire them for anything.

Have not tried their clambake but their fish is very good - Swanson's fish market in Fairfield, on Black Rock Turnpike.

Fjord Catering in Greenwich (Cos Cob) has a very good reputation. I'm using them for a 100-person lunch cruise in June. Here's a link to their clambake offering:

make sure they have the plates and silverware before you leave the dock.

it's a great cruise, hope you got the big boat with that many people.
