McDondald's Does Away with $1 Chicken Biscuit

I'm pregnant and REALLY wanted a chicken biscuit from McDonald's for breakfast this morning. I get there only to find out they've done away with the $1 one on the breakfast menu in favor of the "Southern Style" one. I'm mad. If I wanted to pay $3 of a breakfast sandwich, I'd go across the street to Chik fil A.

i don't like the new southern style chicken biscuit. i rather have them bring back the $1 biscuit. but i might just go to hardee's instead for a chicken biscuit.

If I wanted a Southern Style biscuit, I'd go across the street to Chik Fil A. I liked the McDonald's plain biscuits because they were slightly spicy and cost $1.

We still have them in Ohio, I believe.

Never had them in Hawaii either... but they would have to have been better than that s/s thing they have now. We do still have the $1 sausage biscuit.

We never had a $1 chicken biscuit in Wichita, but the southern-style biscuit sandwich is going for $1.79 here. Going to have to go get one of them free ones, tomorrow.

Yeah, I've never seen a chicken biscuit in SF. We have sausage biscuits or breakfast burritos for $1. If it is any help, tommorrow 5/15 the Southern Style biscuit is free with a medium drink.

Must be a regional offering that didn't do well. I'm in So. CA and we don't have chicken biscuits, but they recently started offering the southern style one.
