Recommendations on places with good preparations of breast of veal, plain or fancy?I noticed that Fleur de Sel has it on the low-priced special lunch. Comments?
Crispo does an interesting version of veal parmesan using breast meat.
It was excellent at Hearth the weekend before last. It was served with sweetbreads, asparagus and hen of the wood mushrooms.
I second Hearth for this dish specifically.
