Central Ave. festival, Jersey City, Sat?

Festival itself is from Hutton to South, but I surmise everybody in that stretch between the two parks is involved in some way.

Any standouts in that area?

Cinco de Mayo is our favorite local Mexican restaurant. Good tamales, cemitas, enchiladas and tostadas. The Peruvian/ceviche restaurant (the name escapes me) is salty but tasty. La Concha for Dominican, and the local salumerias are good.
