I've seen raisins & walnuts, pineapple, strawberry...and I believe it's only the fruits and sugar added to regular farmer cheese, which is what makes me wonder if this is a product that needs hashgacha.
I think the Tuv-Taam line, which is mostly cream cheeses, also has a flavoured farmer cheese. It's available in most kosher shops in Brooklyn, including Shoprite.
