I love Bewitching Elegance! I got my wedding cake there. I just saw this cake that they added to their site. It is amazing! It sure beats the heck out of the one Ace of Cakes did! This one even lights up!

Very! They are far less expensive than most places. They also did not charge us extra for our cake because it was vegan. Other places tried to charge us almost double!

I've always wondered this about Ace of Cakes, and I'll ask it of Bewitching Elegance (hilarious business name, by the way): Does the cake actually TASTE GOOD?

I can only speak for Bewitching Elegance. The traditional and vegan ones are really great! I have heard good things about the gluten free ones but have not tried one.

The cake underneath might be good, but sculptural elements are made with fondant, gum paste, and other things that are technically edible but generally left on the plate by most people.
