Nathan's hotdogs are in Oakville..??

  • 7

So I've heard alot about Nathan's hotdogs on CH and assumed by postings that they were a novelty only found in the US...however, there is a hot dog cart in Bronte that sells Nathan's and I finally tried them out.
I really wasn't impressed and could have been eating a standard dog anywhere..was I missing something?

  1. Were they really Nathan's hot dogs? It's certainly possible that you might not like them, but there is no way they would taste like "any standard hot dog anywhere" in Canada.

I have to agree. Nathan's aren't your basic supermarket dog.

Were they made by "Nathan's" or was the guy who's cart it was Nathan and trying to cash in on the name and called it "Nathan's Hot Dogs"??

The stand is a permanent one (hotdog 'hut') and is plastered everywhere across the booth and umbrella as "authentic Nathan's hotdogs"....?

That's interesting. I hate accusing but it almost sounds like he's pulling a fast one.

          Where is this stand??

Do they display the logo in the attached picture?
