subs for sweet red wine
I'm making the Pork and Orange Flavored Beans from Paula Wolfert's Slow Mediterranean Kitchen. She calls for sweet red wine like Marasala or Madeira, but I don't have those. I do have reg cab, dry and sweet sherry, brandy and port. Any suggestions on a substitution
