Help w/ Wolfert's Orange Pork n Beans
I'm all set to make Paula Wolfer's Pork and Orange Flavored Beans, but just realized I don't have a Madeira or Marsala wine on hand. She calls for sweet red wine, and offers those examples. What can I sub? I have port, and dry and sweet sherry on hand, as well as some red wine.
