best bakery for a wedding cake

planning a small wedding in the monmouth county area and am haveing trouble looking for the perfect bakert for my wedding cake. Any body have any ideas?

How about Mendokers in Jamesburg. Excellent bakery, though I admit that I have never had a wedding cake from them.

I really like Francesca's Cakery- her cakes are beautiful. Her website is www.cakeNJ.com. I just sampled some of her cupcakes at a food tasting- I tried the red velvet, key-lime coconut, and apple- they were all delicious.
