ICE CRUSHER
I have an Oster "Snoflake" ice crusher (about 20 years old), which is now broken. I called Oster and discovered that the ice crusher is no longer manufactured. I eventually found a Waring Professional Ice Crusher, which is very nice. My only displeasure is that the ice doesn't grind as finely as the Oster, which provided two settings for ice crushing--coarse or fine. My question--does anyone know of an ice crushing product which features various settings and where I can purchase same?

You would probably be better off checking thrift shops to find a vintage ice crusher, like your old one. I see them all the time- various brands & colors, though I have to say Oster is probably the most common vintage brand I see. They usually are less then $5, depending on the thrift shop. I just checked ebay to see a picture of the Oster Snowflake in particular, and it looks likes someone even has a new in box, vintage Snowflake ending tomorrow (auction #220231671213), along with several other used ones.

There should be MANY of these that you can find. You should be able to find a new ice crusher that fits what you want too.
