Bahia Kino and San Carlos

I'm taking a little road trip through Sonora for Memorial Day weekend, stopping in Bahia Kino for a night and San Carlos for 2 nights. Can anyone recommend some good eats? Thanks.

Try Los Arbolitos for seafood, I believe there is a branch of this local chain in Bahia Kino.Also, ask around for a place that serves cahuamanta, usually a roadside restaurant or a stand for this famed Sonora dish.
