Best ice cream cakes in nyc?

Can anyone recommend a good place for ice cream cakes? Mary's Dairy in the Village used to make excellent ones but, sadly, it's now closed. Thanks!

Their gelato cake is entire made with gelato without any real cake. I had the one with mascapone gelato because I found their mascapone flavor to be the best among all the ones I have tried in other places. I thought i was extremely delicious! And very pretty too!

I actually prefer gelato cake to have no actual cake inside as I often found them to be too dry when compared to the luscious ice cream. That's just my personal preference.

Definitely Cold Stone. Confetti cake is awesome, mint chip, and cheesecake are close seconds

The Cake Batter Confetti cake at Cold Stone is actually pretty fantastic.Red velvet slices with cake batter ice cream and chocolate bars. I've wanted to try the Cookie Dough Delirium, but officemates just can't say no to red velvet.
